Welcome to the website of Alex Hughes Cartoons and Caricatures. I'm a cartoonist and caricaturist from Birmingham in the UK. Scattered across these pages are examples of my work, published and unpublished, from political cartoons to personal caricatures, comic strips to magazine illustrations. Please feel free to have a good look around. My services are available for personal caricatures, on-the-spot caricature or any other cartoon, caricature or illustation work, and many of the cartoons on the site are available for sale. Card-i-cature a week... Week 4 - John Reid (and Illustration Friday - Red)
Well, this week it's the turn of John Reid, Home Secretary, who has been in the news a fair bit over a number of issues in the last few weeks.
Also, and a bit of a cheat really, this is my 'Illustration Friday' entry, the theme this week being Red (referring, of course, to the Hearts suit in the deck).
