Valentines Day again...
Ho, hum. Here it is again. All I need is another Valentine's Day, once again on my own. Oh, well, still desperately seeking lodger as well, nearly had one, but a combination of splitting up with his girlfriend and a job offer in Ireland put paid to that one, so the room's back on the market again, although I've had a couple of people interested in seeing it, and it's not vacant until the end of February, so all isn't lost yet. My boiler's still playing up, and I might have to go into hospital soon to have my sinuses sorted and my nose straightened.. we'll have to see what the specialist has to say.
On a more cheerful note, went down to London on Tuesday to see cartoon legend and reknowned jazz clarinetist Trog (aka Wally Fawkes) play at the White Hart on Drury Lane. I was kinda hoping that a few fellow cartoonists were going to show up, but it was left to myself and fellow Tribune cartoonist Matt Buck to keep the inky end up there.
