The monthly update...  Getting a bit remiss in updating this blog, so here goes. The boiler is replaced (yay!) and I now have hot water and heating to get me through the recent snowy weather. Hopefully have found a lodger, but as nothing is signed yet I'm not holding my breath, but this one looks promising.
